Carl Van-Heerden

Carl is our Southern Hemisphere boy. As an ex Ad-man, he originally found his passion for training through running, and has completed marathons and ultra-endurance races across Europe and South Africa. More recently his training has taken him into competitive CrossFit events. His Cycle classes are metrics based to help you track results. His Circuit classes focus on strength & conditioning. And as Head of Lift+Row, he creates the class programming.
