Now is the time to pick it up. 20 classes, 30 days, £250. Valid for 30 days from first class, which must be taken in May. Sign up online or at Reception.
2. MAKE YOUR BANK HOLIDAY COUNT
Attend three classes either/both May Bank Holidays and earn £15 credit! Classes must be taken 5-7 May or 26-28 May and can't be combined. Sign up through the timetable and your account will be automatically credited once you complete the classes.
3. CYCLE SOCIAL 90
Our signature Cycle class taken to the next level. Friday 11 May, 6pm-9pm, £28.
Join Freddie, India, Rebekah and Sal for 90 minutes of epic experiential Cycling. Push yourself to new limits with our challenging 90 minute class with four different Cycle trainer working you towards that euphoric high. Socialise with the team afterwards over Gilpin's & Seedlip cocktails and snack from the Kitchen. (*class will start by 6.15pm and finish by 7.45pm)
4. EMMA'S MAY CHALLENGE
Our monthly challenges are designed to give you focus in your training. Check out this month's challenge from the Queen of isometric holds!
Time cap 5 minutes:
- 20 squat jumps in 30 sec followed by 2 min squat hold
- 40 mountain climbers in 30 sec followed by 2 min hollow body hold
If you can't complete the jumps or climbers in the given time, you won't be able to take part in the isometric holds. As son as you come out of your hold position, your challenge stops and we'll record your time.
