3. NEW TRAINER CHALLENGES
Get involved with our new trainer led challenges! This is how it’ll work:
→ At the beginning of the month, one of our trainers will announce a new challenge.
→ Train for the challenge throughout the month in Lift+Row, Circuit and TRX.
→ The challenge begins in the last week of the month.
→ Your trainers will announce it during the class.
→ Give it your best and we’ll record your results on our challenge board.

5. CHARITY CLASSES
Support C/C trainers Heloise & Ben raise money for Sparks on Saturday 3 March. They're hosting four classes in the afternoon. Each class is £20 and ALL proceeds go to charity!
