1. NEW CLASSES
We're excited to announce the launch of two new classes - LIFT & PACE. Each will have a place in your regime.
LIFT is our full body weightlifting workout which focuses on increasing strength, power and anaerobic endurance. You'll increase tone and athleticism with compound movements and isolation work at varied tempos and resistance. Expect bars, bodyweight and kettlebells.
PACE is our metabolic condition and toning class. We combine rowing machines with weights and functional training for the ultimate full-body workout. We set the pace... just bring the effort. Challenging for quick results.
2. BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE
Bring a friend for free 7-16 June. Just get them to register an account on our website and email firstname.lastname@example.org to book them in. New clients only.
3. UNLIMITED CLASS OFFER
Purchase our monthly unlimited pass in June and get your second month for £180 (normally £220). Terms apply. Email email@example.com to find out more and sign up.
4. NEW CHALLENGES
We're switching up the Challenge Board this month. Try out the following and get yourself on our leader board:
- 40 second burpee challenge
- 40 second prowler challenge (+10kg for women & 20kg for men)
- 500m timed Accelerate challenge
