3. PADDY'S APRIL CHALLENGE
Check out Paddy's April Challenge designed to improve several of the movement patterns we use in class. You'll be training for these in the run up to the final week of April (23-29 April) in which we'll have selected Circuit and Lift+Row classes that the challenge will take place:

20 burpee buy-in
Squat thrusters - as many reps as possible (Men aim for 12.5kgs, women 8kgs)

4. CORE SPOTIFY
Our Cycle team carefully curate their class music playlists week in, week out, and we want to share them with you! They'll add 10 of their favourite tracks to Spotify each month and you can find the playlists through their trainer bios on our site or search "Core Collective" on Spotify.
