Cycle

Take your stamina to the next level with this full-body, adrenaline-fuelled workout that combines power and pace. Lose yourself in a mix of climbs and sprints that challenge what you’re capable of.

Focus on building strength and correcting imbalances in the body, while improving your overall movement quality. Gain control and leave feeling fitter and stronger with this power-based class, which centres on controlled, heavy lifts that are designed to give you a full-body burn and a sculpted physique.

Circuit

Radically improve your overall endurance and fitness with this cardio-focused, high-intensity session. Switch between weighted movements, plyometric exercises and fast-paced cardio drills as our trainers help you push past your limits.

Lift

Sculpt, tone and build endurance with Lift.  Focus on slowing the movements down in these challenging and satisfying sessions, which use dumbbells and kettlebells. Leave feeling refreshed, fitter and stronger after a great all-round workout.

TRX

Build your muscular endurance, strengthen your core and tone your physique with this fusion TRX / kettlebell workout. This class revolves around time-under-tension and strength-based movements.

Sculpt / Bands

Pilates and Barre combine for a low impact, high energy workout. With emphasis on your core and glutes, we use resistance bands to intensify your workout and maximise results.

Pilates

Improve your overall flexibility, body alignment and core strength. Make use of different positions and movements with body weight and props. Refine your posture, work your stabiliser muscles and help protect the body from injury with this mix of classic Pilates and ballet.

Yoga (Power)

Energise and revitalise yourself with this fast-flowing power yoga class, in which calm and control meet strength and flexibility. Sweat, move and breathe your way through static holds and dynamic movements that will get your mind and body working as one.

Stretch

Give back to your body with this deep-stretching session. Engage your muscles and increase your flexibility as you work through a series of varied, prolonged stretches. This is guaranteed to release tension and improve your overall performance.
