Build lean muscle and increase your overall power with STRENGTH. Improve your movement and correct any imbalances in the body by working your muscles in the right way.

Core focus

Carve out your inner strength.

Lengthen, strengthen and tone with SCULPT. Focus on time-under-tension training, which isolates specific muscle groups that don’t normally get much attention. Improve posture, alignment and mobility.

EXPECT TO:

Burn fat and improve your muscular strength and endurance. Achieve higher reps with low-impact exercises that use a mix of lighter dumbbells, body weight, and resistance bands.

Take your stamina to the next level with this full-body, adrenaline-fuelled workout that combines power and pace. Lose yourself in a mix of climbs and sprints that challenge what you’re capable of.

Achieve the ultimate calorie burn with this cardio-focused, high-rep session. One of our toughest workouts, these classes will dramatically aid weight loss and leave you feeling fitter and stronger.

Lift

Sculpt, tone and build endurance with Lift.  Focus on slowing the movements down in these challenging and satisfying sessions, which use dumbbells and kettlebells. Leave feeling refreshed, fitter and stronger after a great all-round workout.

TRX

Build your muscular endurance, strengthen your core and tone your physique with this fusion TRX / kettlebell workout. This class revolves around time-under-tension and strength-based movements.

Sculpt / Bands

Pilates and Barre combine for a low impact, high energy workout. With emphasis on your core and glutes, we use resistance bands to intensify your workout and maximise results.

Pilates

Improve your overall flexibility, body alignment and core strength. Make use of different positions and movements with body weight and props. Refine your posture, work your stabiliser muscles and help protect the body from injury with this mix of classic Pilates and ballet.

Yoga (Power)
